Registration & Login Issue

Q : How do I register myself to be able to chat?
A : Call 1900-911-1726, choose your language (press 1 for English or press 2 for Mandarin)
Press 2 for new member, enter your sex type, record your name and intro, enter your mobile number and pin number. - You will be given a 5 digits member id. - Remember to write down your member id and pin number.

Q : Can I not to register to be able to chat?
A : Yes, after make 1900-911-1726, choose your language (press 1 for English or press 2 for Mandarin
Choose to Press 3, now you can chat with other user without login.

Q : Do I need to register everytime I want to call in and chat?
A : No, registration is only required once. - You also can use your previous member id follow with your pin number.

Q : What happen if I forgot my member id or pin?
A : To request your member id and pin. You could email to us at sammyboychat@hotmail.com if you have got any further question.

Q : What can I do if my name and intro recording are not satisfied?
A : After Log in - You can go choose press 4 for Setting from Main Menu. With Setting Menu you also can change your pin number etc.

Q : How to go to the Main Menu?
A : If you are a member ( ever registered before) : Call 1900-911-1726, choose your language (press 1 for English or press 2 for Mandarin)
Press 1 for new member, enter your member id and enter your pin number. You are currently on the main menu now. If you are new member ( have not registered before) : Call 1900-911-1726, choose your language (press 1 for English or press 2 for Mandarin)
Press 2 for new member, enter your sex type, record your name and intro, enter your mobile number and pin number. You will be given a 5 digits member id. - You are automatically on the main menu now.

Q : What does Main Menu Contain?
A : sggirls.com 1900 chat service provides 5 facilities on main menu. From main menu, you can press :
1. To search member : to be able to hear all member name and introduction, followed by leaving messages to them, to request chat with them, to get their member id, and able to skip other member. So you can hear another member's name and intro, one by one.
2. For Mail box / Voice Messages : to hear / reply / leave Voice Message from yourself to another members
3. To chat : to chat to any online members, and members that you already know their member id.
4. For Setting : to change your pin number, to re – record your name and introduction, to change mobile number and also activate or deactivate sms services.
5. To Send Sms : the ability to send Short messages / Sms to other member's via their mobile phone.

Member Searched

Q : How to know find users?
A : You can go to Search Menu ( Press 1 from Main Menu ) so that you can hear their name & Introduction recording. If you are interested in making friend with this member, you could choose from chatting with her/him or leave a message to her/him from the options given.

Q : How to know whose member are online now?
A : You can go to Chat Menu ( Press 3 from Main Menu ) so that you can hear those name & Introduction from those member's online.

Q : How to make interaction / make friends with someone ( member) I found on the line
A : After hearing the name & intro in Member Search menu, Follow with press 1 to leave message to them, or press 2 to make a chat request, or press 3 to get her / his member id. Try to remember her / his member id so that you also can send sms to her / him.
After every hearing “member's name & intro” you can choose to press :
1 - Leave a message to this member
2 - Chat 1 to 1 to this member if he/she is online or leave a message if he/she is offline
3 - Get this person Member id
4 - Go to the next person on the line
5 - Chat or leave a voice message to our member if you know their member id.

Q : Why I'm not able to have chat with other member althought I have made a request?
A : If someone is requesting a chat with you, there are two choice : Press 1 to accept and Press 2 to decline. Choose 1 and you can start chatting. So the same thing If you are requesting a chat, you will have to wait for the person to accept or decline the chat. Timeout will be at 35 secs.

Messaging Issue

Q: How do I leave a voice message to other user?
A: You can leave voice messages to a user by call our pressing 2 to go into your mailbox. >From there on, you can choose to leave a message to the user, which you wish to leave a message for.

Q : How can I know if I have new voice messages from other user?
A : It will automatically inform you on the line, if you have not gone through the mailbox menu to hear or if you ignored the messages, it'll automatically re-inform you again by the system.

Q: How do I listen to a voice message sent by another user to me?
A: Voice messages sent by other users to you can only be heard on the payline via the mailbox function. To send a voice message to other users or reply a message, you have to get the person member id and leave a message to him via the mailbox function.

Q : What can I do if my messages recording are wrong / not satisfied?
A : After you logged in - You can go choose selection 4 for Setting from Main Menu. With Setting Menu you also can change your pin number

Q : What can I do if I want to chat or know more about other user on the line, while our online time seldom meet ?
A : On the Mail Box Menu, You can leave voice message to her / him suggesting a time where you would usually be on line. Or another alternative you also can send a sms to her / him from Sms Menu telling her/him that you are online at the moment and you are looking for her/him

Chatting Issue

Q: How do I start chatting after I have registered?
A : Call 1900-911-1726, Choose your language, and Press 1 for existing member, Enter your member id and pin, Press 3 to chat
Choice : Press :
1 - to chat female
2 - to chat male
3 - to chat with any gender
4 - to chat with any member that you know their member id
9 - To go back to the main menu
When you choose to chat with female / male / any gender,
Choices:
1 - Leave a message to this member
2 - Chat 1 to 1 to this member if he is online/offline
3 - Get this person Member id
4 - Go to the next person on the line
5 - Chat or leave a voice message to our member if you know their member id.

Q : The quickest way to chat with online member after make 1900-911-1726 Call ?
A : Call 1900-911-1726, Choose your language, and Press 3 to chat :
Choices : Press
1 - Chat with any female member
2 - Chat with any male member
3 - Chat with any members that you know their member id
4 - Go back to choice menu
( You will be connected to related member / randomly choose a member )

Setting Menu

Q : How do I change my name and introduction?
A : You can go to Setting Menu ( Press 4 from Main Menu )
Press 2 to record your Name after the beep, ( to confirm the recording press 1, 2 to re-record again press 2 ) Follow with recording your Introduction, press # to stop recording ( to confirm the recording press 1, 2 to re-record again press 2 )

Q : How can I change my PIN number?
A : You can go to Setting Menu ( Press 4 from Main Menu ) - press 1 to enter your new pin number follow with confirmation by press 1 again.

Q: Sometimes I am not convenient and do not wish to get sms alert saying that I have got new messages from chat line members. How can I do that?
A: You can call 1900-911-1726 anytime to turn off the sms alert function under the Settings menu.

Sms Function

Q : How to send Sms to other user's?
A : You can go to Sms Menu ( by Press 5 from Main Menu ), enter the member id of the person you wish to send the sms to, press 1 to confirm the member or press 2 to re enter the member id if it’s incorrect. Follow with press : ( choice )
1 : Looking for you, 2 : I love you, 3 : I miss you, 4 : Wanna be your friend and more. Sms will automatically be sent out by out system.

Q : How to reply Sms to the sender to me?
A : Same as above : You can go to Sms Menu ( by Press 5 from Main Menu ), enter member id of the person you wish to reply to, press 1 to confirm the member or press 2 to re enter the member id if it’s incorrect. Follow with press : ( choice )
1 : Looking for you, 2 : I love you, 3 : I miss you, 4 : Wanna be your friend and more. Sms will automatically be sent out by out system.

Q: How much is the charges?
A: Calls are charge at $1.99 per minute.

Q: What is the operational hour for this services?
A: Our service are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week

Q: There are too much instructions, how do I skip them without listening to the whole instructions?
A: After calling in a few times, you will be quite familiar with the voice prompt. You just need to key in the correct key without listening to the full voice prompt. To skip instructions, just press the required choice when being prompt. e.g. “Press 1 to chat with this .......” Upon hearing “Press ....” just enter 1 and it will skip to the next procedure. By doing this, you could just enter the choices all the way when the prompts starts to play. This will save you sometime, and get you to the option you wanted.
